"Does the $500 loyalty discount exist in France?"

That loyalty discount applies to premium-vehicle repeat purchases in the US; we found no announcement of a public French equivalent as of this writing. Don't confuse this US loyalty program with the referral program — they're two distinct Tesla schemes, each with its own market-specific rules.
